Big blue

Big Blue began its journey with a special order for a bag for my client’s mother. When I received pictures of her current purse, it sparked some wonderful ideas about what needed to be reinforced, changed, and added. We started by making the bag much bigger in every direction, resulting in this vibrant blue leather tote. We then reinforced the handles and bottom, and added a zipper that was perfect for this woman on the go. After chatting with my client, I discovered that while her mother enjoyed feeling feminine, she preferred a more subtle style. So, we chose a lovely, simple tooled flower pattern with hints of pink and green on the vertical strips, offering a touch of color and femininity without being too loud. Once the bag was complete, I decided to gently stretch the boundaries of her feminine style by adding a charming, bold detailed leather bag charm, shaped like a layered pink flower with green leaves and small black bead accents, giving her the option to remove it whenever she wants, depending on her mood.
